Hayman Raises Glass to Champagne Celebration
The world’s finest champagne will be flowing on Hayman Island during the month of November. Hayman is pleased to announce that they have once again partnered with the prestigious House of Moët Hennessey to present a ‘Celebration of Champagne’, a month of gourmet dining matched with the finest champagne. Hayman’s team of award-winning chefs will create bespoke menus carefully crafted each week to accompany selected champagne, and presented in Fontaine as a series of events. The Celebration of Moët & Chandon will run from 4 to 10 November, which will be followed by a week of celebrating Veuve Clicquot from 11 to 17 November.
The following two weeks will celebrate Krug and Dom Pérignon respectively.
A Champagne Masterclass will also be hosted during the month of November for avid connoisseurs. The masterclass will be hosted by Moët Hennessy ambassador, David Cross, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the wine industry, as both an educator and judge. www.hayman.com.au
