Wolfgang Puck’s Expert Team Introduces Wine and Culinary Classes

The world-renowned chef, Wolfgang Puck, and his team of highly trained expert chefs are hosting an array of culinary classes to be held exclusively at the luxurious Hotel Bel-Air. His expert team at the signature, namesake restaurant Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air will share their expertise on cooking and drinks in a series of interactive ‘how-to’ culinary classes. Participants of the culinary classes can also enjoy an exclusive tour of the restaurant’s kitchen, two complimentary glasses of champagne, and an intimate sit-down dinner to sample their culinary creations. All of the 60-minute cooking classes on offer are priced at US$85pp.

Quick Fire Class: Mushroom Risotto

Wolfgang Puck’s chefs will debunk the myth behind the difficulty to prepare risotto. This popular dish can be made from scratch in a fun and easy way.

Quick Fire Class: The Perfect Omelette

Designed for the breakfast lover in mind, this course focuses on perfecting the omelette.

How to Make Pasta from Scratch

This demonstration includes a discussion of the regions of Italy and the various types of pasta for which they are best known.

How to Cook the Perfect Steak

This demonstration includes a lesson on meat and how to prepare an entire New York Striploin from start to finish, as well as how to perfectly marinate rest and serve a beautiful steak that you can show off to your friends.

Become a Master Sommelier

This program allows participants to study fine wines with the hotel’s expert sommelier and become well versed with the complex world of California wines. The major growing regions are introduced and the art of deductive tasting is discussed. This course is priced at US$95 per person for 60 minutes.
