Sydney’s only Italian-built alloy superyacht available for charter marked her arrival in style with a harbour cruise on Tuesday 21 November. Infinity Pacific welcomed an intimate group, including Signature Media CEO & Group Editor, Cathy Wagstaff, for lunch on the water. Guests enjoyed a signature tasting menu by celebrated chef Peter Kuruvita, who curates the onboard culinary offerings, and were delighted to find that Peter was present to guide them through the three-course sit-down lunch.

The menu had a distinctly maritime flavour, starting with Infinity Pacific seafood tapas before a Sri Lankan snapper curry with basmati rice and aloo chop, followed by a sweet taste of Shaw River buffalo curds and treacle, coconut crunch and pineapple.

Infinity Pacific has been acquired by the Karedis and Laundy families, owners and operators of the Pacific Hotel Group. She joins a growing portfolio of beachfront properties along the eastern coastline of Australia, including the recently rebranded Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. Infinity Pacific is one of the only superyachts on Sydney Harbour available for charter that can accommodate a dining experience for up to 20 guests. Complemented by a menu designed by Peter Kuruvita’s, she offers a truly unrivalled luxury experience on Sydney Harbour, for local and international guests.

At 40 metres long and set over three levels, Infinity Pacific features a light and modern interior designed by Parisian interior architect Fréderic Méchiche and Luca Dini. Unique to a superyacht of this size, she boasts a spacious master suite and two VIP double cabins which span the vessel’s full width. Two additional twin cabins complete the guest accommodation. The floor-to-ceiling glass Panorama Sunroom on the aft cockpit allows guests to take in the surrounds of Sydney Harbour, while a professional superyacht crew of eight ensures a personalised cruising experience.

All on board can choose from a mix of formal and informal dining areas; the main deck features the interior dining room, and an expansive outdoor dining area, ideal for taking in the surrounds. Further outdoor dining is available on the upper deck, complemented by water views. The Japanese-style soaker tub and bar on the vessel’s upper deck provides an unrivalled sunset drinking experience.
