Kauri Cliffs Food and Wine Weekend
Join celebrity chef Pete Evans, Chef Gavin Baker and Neudorf Vineyards at The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs for a food and wine weekend on 12 to 14 April 2013. The weekend will kick off on Friday night with a cocktail reception celebrating and welcoming Pete Evans and Gavin Baker to Kauri Cliffs and will commence on Saturday morning with an intimate one-hour cooking demonstration. Saturday afternoon will provide ample time to relax and enjoy the Kauri Cliffs property, with guests able to play golf or enjoy a 50-minute massage before the main event, which will begin with a pre-dinner tasting of Neudorf wines.
The signature dinner will be skilfully matched with Neudorf Vineyard wines from New Zealand’s Nelson region. The highly regarded Neudorf wine selection is a fitting match to the sublime menu Pete + Gavin promise, and it is a great pleasure to have Neudorf’s Tim and Judy Finn to present the wines throughout the evening.
