The newest project from Auberge Resorts is the Beach House restaurant which is tucked under the tropical palms of St Kitts’ Turtle Beach. The restaurant, previously named Turtle Beach Bar & Grill, has undergone an extensive makeover by Auberge Resorts, creators of award winning small luxury resorts and restaurants in North America, including Michelin-starred Auberge du Soleil restaurant in Napa Valley. Infused with elegance and beachside air, the former beach bar reflects Auberge’s attitude of barefoot sophistication with an updated new look and enhanced menu combining the culinary flavours of Spain, Asia, France, the Netherlands and Africa, while the spectacular ocean views have earned it a devoted following among travellers and locals.
The Beach House is an airy, sun-filled pavilion set in a protected cove that is a popular destination for boaters, who can dock their vessels on the restaurant’s private wharf. Guests can choose to relax on the veranda lounge, with hammocks to unwind whilst sipping on a fruity cocktail, or dine in the 60-seat restaurant overlooking the picturesque waters of the Caribbean.
