Enjoy a 6-course set dinner from 6pm to 11pm for HK$1,588 per person created by SPOON Executive Chef Philippe Duc showcasing Chilled Green Pea soup with crispy vegetables; Langoustine with Caviar; Line Caught Sea Bass with Girolles and Fresh Almonds; Farm-raised Veal Filet Mignon with Green Asparagus and New Potatoes; and for dessert, Poached Rhubarb with Strawberry Juice.
SPOON Sommelier Mathieu Ginglardi is proposing a wine pairing option at either HK$488 or HK$688 per person.

The NOBU Mother’s Day dinner menu features Scallop Tataki with Caviar / truffle miso, sudachi foam, followed by Botan Ebi / ume sorbet, shiso dressing, served with Nama Toro / spicy miso finger lime dressing. Next is Crispy Langoustines / kataifi, yuzu kosho; followed by Pan-seared Arctic Char / coriander jalapeño dressing and then U.S. Prime Beef / wasabi salsa. To wind down the meal, a Sushi Assortment and Clear Soup. Finally, for dessert, ALMOND MORI / almond soup & gelato, bird’s nest, snow fungus jelly.
