Celebrate with mum this Mothers’ Day with an elegant brunch hosted by Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles, located in prestigious Beverly Hills. Executive Chef Ashley James is preparing an elaborate brunch display on Sunday 12 May from 10am to 3pm featuring an assortment of stations including farmers’ market salad, sushi and seafood, Mexican, Asian, eggs and waffles, meat carving and desserts. Kid-friendly options such as organic chicken tenders, Angus beef and cheese sliders, devilled eggs and more are featured on the children’s buffet. Prices are US$98 per adult and US$45 per child.
The Executive Chef has also introduced both gluten free and vegan options this year. Gluten free items include eggs benedict, a bacon and cheddar grilled cheese with Grannie’s tomato chutney, as well as a variety of gluten free desserts; while vegan options include tostadas with jicama, pickled red onion and avocado; quesadillas with poblano chilies and caramelized onions; and a chocolate pot de crème.
