The award-winning Ayana Resort and Spa Bali is preparing for the next phase of its evolution with the upcoming opening of sister hotel Rimba Jimbaran Bali. Families will now be offered another unique experience within the world-class cliff-top property.

Rimba’s swimming pools include a main pool with swim-up pool bar and a children’s pool adjacent to the kids’ club. On-site restaurants and bars include Indonesia’s largest Chinese restaurant, Ah-Yat Abalone, which has over 25 restaurants Asia-wide and will open its first Bali outlet. Rimba guests, as well as Ayana guests, will enjoy priority access to Rock Bar, Bali’s most iconic sunset destination with unrivaled views from its location on natural rock 14 meters above the Indian Ocean.

In anticipation of its upcoming opening, Rimba Jimbaran Bali has launched an introductory offer for all bookings received before  22 December 2013. Book direct to save up to 36% with special benefits including daily buffet breakfast, Balinese massage for two people and US$50 resort credit per room.

Rimba’s name, which is Indonesian for ‘forest’, reflects its setting and sustainable design. A central feature of the innovative design is the one hectare of multi-tiered swimming pools and expansive tree plantations, tropical flowers and organic fruit and vegetable gardens. The landscaping by St Legere is cleverly contoured to create different levels and slopes, so it is like entering a national park with an undulating tree-lined entrance and scenic trails. The resort’s elevated hill-side locationaffords both sunrise and sunset views, looking out over the Uluwatu Hills to the south-east, and to the Indian Ocean fronting  Ayana’s 1.3 kilometer coastline to the south-west.
