Chefs with SeaDream Yacht Club have created a selection of premium savoury Asian dishes to complement the cuisine that’s already earned it the world’s top accolades, for when its 56-stateroom mega yacht, SeaDream II sails the company’s first-ever Asia season from October 2013 to April 2014. SeaDream II will offer guests her already renowned cuisine, and in addition, a special Asian Selections and exclusive Signature Japanese Menu. The Signature Japanese Menu will only be available for 28 of the yacht’s 112 guests, and will include a four-course dinner featuring Tofu No Kani Ankake, Sashimi, Duck Breast in Rice Paper and Green Tea Ice Cream.
Nightly Asian selections will also include Singapore Beef Stir-fry, Spicy Chicken and Vegetable Puff, Nasi Goreng, Aloo Tiki (North Indian spiced potato patties served with chutney), Malaysian Lobster Ragout and a host of other exciting Asian specialities. www.seadream.com
