Paris’ next-generation Palace hotel, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, has unveiled a totally original, inspirational children’s programme, Le Petit Royal. At its heart is a line-up of weekend workshops to be held during brunch on Saturdays at the hotel’s Michelin-star restaurant, La Cuisine.
The workshops will be led in both French and English by professional artists, and each one is closely linked to major cultural events in the capital. Up-coming workshops this autumn will be inspired by iconic 20th Century artists- all of whom have exhibits in Paris at the time, so children can see their work on display. The workshops include pizza-making classes, music mixing lessons as well as looking at the works of such artists as Georges Braque, Roy Lichtenstein and Pablo Picasso.
Le Royal Monceau- Raffles Paris is also delighted to be partnering with French children’s wear couture house Bonpoint. To make each stay at the hotel unforgettable, Bonpoint has created an adorable kitten named ‘Royal’ who will welcome each young visitor. And delightful Bonpoint gifts will also make younger guests feel super special. The Bonpoint skin care line for children and its signature Eau de Toilette will be available in each bathroom.
All the activities under the Le Petit Royal banner at Le Royal Monceau-Raffles Paris will be coordinated by Maria de la Chica, the newly-appointed, bubbly Director of Children’s Relations.
