Following the unveiling of its World Cruise 2015 last month, Silversea Cruises opens the books on its two Grand Voyages for 2015.

Silver Shadow will depart 7 January on a 62-day ‘Circle South America’ roundtrip voyage from Fort Lauderdale. Highlights include a crossing of the Panama Canal, Chile’s majestic fjords and Rio de Janeiro during Carnival. Fares start at AU$25,560 per person, double occupancy.

On 22 January, Silver Spirit will set sail on a 64-day ‘Southern Cross’ roundtrip voyage from Los Angeles to explore a collection of 32 exotic destinations including Papeete. Fares start at AU$28,485 per person, double occupancy.

For the first time, Silversea is extending special perks to guests sailing full Grand Voyage itineraries. These include a gala Bon Voyage dinner and pre-cruise overnight stay at a luxury hotel, a US$2,000 onboard spending credit (per suite), and commemorative gifts. Plus, for guests on the full ‘Circle South America’ voyage, there will be a complimentary Silversea Experience in Devil’s Island and an exclusive event at Carnival in Rio de Janeiro. Similarly, full-cruise guests will be treated to a complimentary Silversea Experience in Fanning Island (Kiribati) and an exclusive event at the Sydney Opera House on the ‘Southern Cross’ voyage. www.silversea.com
