Crown Resorts Appoints Culinary Directors

In another first for Crown Resorts, world-renowned restaurateurs Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi, have been appointed as Crown Resorts’ Culinary Directors for the next three years. In this newly formed role, Perry and Brahimi will combine their world-class expertise to influence menus across Crown Hotels and Events and Conferencing, and collaborate to create a new premium banquet menu. The two chefs will also redevelop Crown’s in-room dining options, provide guidance and training at Crown’s Culinarium and continue to oversee Crown Resort’s world class food and beverage offerings.

Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi’s new collaborative menu ensures to add some extra decadence to Crown’s corporate and business events, conferencing and weddings. This will be the first time that the award winning chef’s celebrated cuisine is available for large scale functions and events.
