The award-winning Chinese restaurant, Above & Beyond, in Hong Kong was named as one of the world’s ‘Best New Restaurants’ in Conde Nast’s 2012 ‘Hot Tables’ list, and to further enhance their unique dining experience, the restaurant is now offering a Chinese-style afternoon tea. The decadent experience begins with a Sweetened Almond Cream with Lotus Seeds and Lily Bulbs to wake up the appetite. This is followed by seven dim sum specialties including Crispy-fried Puff stuffed with prawns, Pork Dumpling with Halibut and Black Mushroom, Crispy Taro Cake, Crab Meat Puff, Smoked Duck Breast delicately layered in Steamed Bun and more. The oriental afternoon tea set will be served every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays between 3pm to 5:30pm during December from HK$488 per set for two people.
Every speciality Above & Beyond afternoon tea set will be served with your choice of tea or brewed coffee. The afternoon tea will be prepared for guests by Executive Head Chef Joseph Tse.
