This Christmas holiday season, Intercontinental Hong Kong is planning a programme of festive dining, all showcasing the hotel’s spectacular views and award-wining cuisine and service. One programme on offer is the ‘Cooking with the Culinary Stars’ where guests can master the techniques for making festive dishes with the hotel’s Michelin-starred chefs through December. Classes are held between 10:30am to 2:30pm and include a three-course menu, followed by lunch served with wine. Prices are HK$1488 plus 10% service per person. In addition to festive season dining, Intercontinental Hong Kong also offers holiday gift ideas and a ‘Signature Holiday Collection’ of gourmet gift hampers.

Other festive season dining programs include:

  • Holiday Lunch at the STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill
  • SPOON Private Festive Season Lunch Events
  • Exclusive Christmas Lunch and Dinner menus
  • Building a ‘New Life’ Gingerbread House to Improve the Lives of Others. Launching in early December, a huge ‘New Life’ Gingerbread House will be on display in the Intercontinental Hotel Lobby for guests and the public. People are encouraged to buy Personalised Gingerbread Bricks to contribute to the house, and all proceeds will be donated to New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
