Chef Siu Hin-Chi marks the occasion with an exquisite seven-course Tasting Menu offered on both nights. To wrap up the year, the Salon at Duddell’s hosts a decadent New Year’s Eve party with music and live entertainment all night. The Christmas Eve Tasting Menu features a delicious Steam Fresh Crab Claw with Bean Curd and Black Truffle, and includes a welcome glass and Perrier Jouët, Grand Brut Champagne on arrival. Prices start from HK$1380pp plus a 10 per cent service charge for the Christmas Eve dinner, and HK$1980pp plus a 10 per cent service charge for the New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu.
A New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu highlight is the Pan-Fried Lamb Chop with Shallots in Red Wine Sauce. The New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu also includes a complimentary welcome glass of Perrier Jouët, Blason Rose Champagne, and a ticket to the New Year’s Eve party at the Salon with free-flow drinks until 2am.
