Luxury hotel group, Dorchester Collection is pleased to present a variety of culinary offerings this month, from speciality afternoon teas to Wolfgang Puck master classes. Dorchester Collection’s contemporary London hotel, 45 Park Lane, will be offering guests the chance to celebrate the 86th Academy Awards in true Hollywood style. An exclusive Red Carpet Menu has been created by Wolfgang Puck, who has not only cooked for Hollywood legends but has also hosted a dinner after the Academy Awards for the past 17 years. The menu, which will appear as à la carte options alongside the CUT menu, will include dishes that have been served at previous Academy Awards ceremonies.
Smoked Salmon Oscars, Thai Chicken Salad, Steamed Red Snapper, Thai Spice Chicken Pot Pie, and Black Truffles Chocolate Soufflé with Chocolate Oscars will all feature on the Wolfgang Puck-created menu. The Red Carpet Menu will be available at CUT restaurant and as part of the in-room dining menu for a limited time. Guests will also be able to book private dining in the Media Room to view the Academy Awards.
