Australia’s luxury conservation-based resort, Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa, is joining forces with international celebrity chef Antonio Carluccio to host the culinary event of the year. Held from 18 to 20 July 2014, guests will be treated to countless gastronomic delights by Carluccio, as well as a cooking demonstration and an intimate Q&A session by the fireplace. In celebration of his patronage of The Truffle Festival, Antonio will craft a truffle-inspired Italian-influenced food and wine experience that is grounded on Wolgan Valley’s food philosophy of regional, seasonal and organic produce sourced from within 160 kilometres.
As part of this culinary experience, guests will also have the opportunity to attend a wine tasting session with some of the region’s best winemakers.

To complement this culinary experience Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa is offering an exclusive accommodation package.
