InterContinental Hong Kong Presents a Moët & Chandon Dinner

Luxury property, the InterContinental Hong Kong, is pleased to present an exclusive dinner at their Michelin-starred restaurant, Yan Toh Heen. To be held on 23 May 2014, guests of the exclusive dinner will be the first few to preview Grand Vintage 2006 and the latest Grand Vintage Collection from the celebrated Champagne House, Moët & Chandon. The six-course gourmet Cantonese dinner will be prepared by Chef Lau Yiu Fai, and will showcase the new collection of six Moët & Chandon Grand Vintages including Moët & Chandon Impérial (Magnum), the soon-to-launch Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006, and Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Collection 1999. Prices start from HK$1988pp, plus 10 per cent service charge. 

The restaurant’s Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai has created a gourmet six-course Cantonese menu which pairs perfectly with these exclusive Moët & Chandon Grand Vintages. Guests will dine on:

•             Chilled lobster with hybrid caviar

•             Wok-seared scallop with conpoy sauce

•             Grain fed beef served in two styles

•             Stewed turnip and Wagyu beef cheek in port wine sauce

•             Wok-fried diced beef with green peppers, mushrooms and garlic

•             Wok-seared cod fish with black truffles

•             Soya cream DanDan noodles with pork

•             Chilled mango pudding with Oolong Tea ice cream
