The much-anticipated Peninsula Paris will make its debut as the first Peninsula Hotel in Europe when it opens its doors on Avenue Kléber on 1 August 2014. The meticulously restored building boasts a history that dates back to 1908, and a prime location close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées. In line with the brand’s revered reputation, the hotel is expected to set spectacular new standards in design, luxury and technology. Special introductory rates have now been released, and they will be valid for stays from 1 to 31 August.
The Avant-Prèmiere room-only rate is €695, with guests enjoying a spacious Superior Room with signature Peninsula marble bathroom and separate dressing room. Début rates start from €750 and include accommodation in a Superior Room and full breakfast for two.
The luxurious 200-room property will offer six restaurants and bars including:
- A Lobby Restaurant, beautifully restored by French craftsmen and artisans
- L’Oiseau Blanc, the expansive rooftop restaurant, bar and terrace, serving contemporary French cuisine with 360-degree views across Paris
- LiLi Chinese cuisine restaurant
- An open-air Kléber Terrace restaurant for all-day dining
The property also features an elegant spa and swimming pool and some of the largest guest rooms in Paris. It also offers the revolutionary Peninsula digital bedside and desk tablets are preset in one of 11 languages to control everything from air-conditioning and outside weather information to room service orders.
The hotel’s high-end limousine fleet includes the signature Peninsula-green Rolls-Royce, a magnificent vintage 1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom II and two MINI Clubman vehicles.
