To celebrate summer, Prego restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is hosting an extra special Family Brunch on Sunday 17 August 2014 from 11.30am until 5pm. The annual event is known in Italy as ‘Ferragosto’ – a carefree time to unwind in a party atmosphere.
To attend costs IDR350,000 (approximately AU$33) per person, just IDR150,000 for four- to 12-year-olds, and free for three and under. Special discounts also apply for Prego Loyalty Cardholders, and all attendees receive 15 per cent off food and non-alcoholic drinks.
It promises to be a fun day out for all, filled with great food, games and entertainment. Guests will receive complimentary welcome drinks (with non-alcoholic options for little ones); there will be an extensive buffet of authentic Italian cuisine and regional specialties, as well as a barbecue station with assorted meats.
A highlight will be a selection of summer-inspired games taking place in Prego’s tropical garden. There will be prizes galore to be won with classic activities such as sack races, hoop relays and bocce. Water balloon piñatas will also provide some good old-fashioned fun for children.
A chill-out pool party in the afternoon will carry on the celebration until the sun goes down, with DJs and creative cocktails setting the scene.
