Members of FRHI Hotels & Resorts’ Famous Agents programme already enjoy a comprehensive education and rewards system, but now they’re set to learn more and earn more through the creation of the Famous Agents Academy.
Member agents eager to learn more about FRHI’s global hotel brands now have the opportunity to take online courses and earn bonus Famous Agents points, which can later be redeemed for free room nights and other attractive rewards. It is accredited by Travel Agent University, moderator of online courses for agents and the largest professional travel community in the industry, and upon successfully passing each module, members will receive both course credit with Travel Agent University as well as bonus Famous Agents points.
The number of credits and points earned will vary from course to course.
As an additional incentive, members can earn 15 bonus points for completing the first module. Agents can choose from a variety of courses and material can be covered at their own pace. Courses will be updated on an ongoing basis to ensure material is current and engaging, so member agents are encouraged to ‘check-in’ to refresh their FRHI knowledge.
Staying up-to-date is also made easy with bi-monthly e-newsletters containing the latest news and developments as well as client and member-only offers, which are sent directly to Famous Agents members.
Note, agents must achieve a pass rate of 80% to earn bonus points.
