Relais & Châteaux hosted a special dinner at Tetsuya’s restaurant in Sydney with some of its local members, of which LATTE was one, in line with a visit from company CEO, Jean-Francois Ferret from France. Mr Ferret introduced 48 new members in this year’s Travel Journal, including The Louise and Hentley Farm Restaurant, both from the Barossa Valley.
The event also promoted the launch of the new ‘Taste of the World’ book – an inviting guide to help travellers taste the world, discover its cultural richness, its cuisine and its hospitality.
Relais & Chateaux also showcased their new Vision – a commitment to making a better world through cuisine and hospitality with their family of chefs and hoteliers being the heirs and gatekeepers of cuisine, culinary techniques and use of authentic, sustainable methods and ingredients.
