Hilton Pattaya in Thailand has announced that it has been named the winner of World’s Leading Design Hotel at the 2014 World Travel Awards, determined by the votes of tourists from all over the world.
“The World’s Leading Design Hotel 2014 has set Hilton Pattaya on the world stage in terms of design and innovation and the hotel is delighted to emerge victorious,” said Rudolf Troestler, GM of Hilton Pattaya.
“In 2013, we succeeded by being Asia’s Leading Design Hotel. In 2014, we are extremely thrilled to be named the winner of the World’s Leading Design Hotel 2014 as the competition was stiff – Royal Adam & Eve Hotel & Resorts in Turkey had won six years in a row. I am proud that Hilton Pattaya’s unique exterior and stylish interiors won the votes of tourists from around the world by a significant margin.”
World Travel Awards (WTA) was established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry. Today, the WTA brand is recognized globally as the ultimate hallmark of quality, with winners setting the benchmark to which all others aspire.
