W Taipei has partnered with famous New York brand, Bliss, to create exclusive afternoon tea event ‘W T Time 2015 –You are Blissed’.
Inspired by Bliss’ natural and distinctive flavors, Chef Mei Ho has used the ingredients of fresh citrus fruits, herbs and Valrona chocolate from France to design a series of sweets that include, Sage butter cream brownie, White pepper cheese mousse, Blood orange jelly, Minty chocolate truffle, Grapefruit aloe jelly, Vanilla cream, Bergamot tart and more.
To go with Bliss’ “triple oxygen” idea, W Taipei Executive Chef Colin Chun has created this Spicy grapefruit caviar shooter, sprite, mint using molecular technique. Other creative and guilt-free dishes such as Green salad, butternut squash, dried berries, lemon-sage dressing, Cured salmon, grapefruit salsa, Crab rillettes, grapefruit jelly, lemon brioche chips, Lemon Caesar bowl, Cold poached fish in lemon tea soup and more are served unlimitedly at the station inviting all our guests to the culinary delights unlike any in the city.
