LATTE joined Lindblad Expeditions at the Balmoral Bathers Pavilion for an intimate dinner on 30 April. Lindblad was excited to unveil its 2016 European itineraries for the National Geographic Orion vessel.
Prepared by four ground staff over a period of 18 months, the 11 different one-week itineraries are sure to delight even the most seasoned traveller.
As guests enjoyed a five-course degustation, Serge Dansereau, who has created the menus for the NG Orion, spoke about his focus on selecting seasonal, regional and sustainable produce from each region.
LATTE and other guests in attendance were given a signed copy of Mr Dansereau’s cookbook ‘French Kitchen – Classic Recipes for Home Cooks’.
