According to this arrangement, the Veuve Clicquot house becomes Ponant’s exclusive special partner, for the greatest pleasure of onboard passengers:
- The Captain’s Cocktail – Veuve Clicquot: The traditional Captain’s Cocktail, organised at the beginning of each cruise, will exclusively serve Veuve Clicquot champagne; this will premier on Le Lyrial, the latest jewel in the Ponant fleet, and then be extended to the company’s four other ships.
- Aboard Le Lyrial, the Panoramic Lounge, located on Deck 6 at the bow of the ship, will soon play host to a Veuve Clicquot corner where passengers can enjoy a glass of champagne looking out over the ocean. This area will be progressively rolled out to the sisterships: Le Boréal, L’Austral and Le Soléal.
- A new Premium Bar Menu (not included in the Open Bar) will offer an exclusive selection of Veuve Clicquot champagnes (Brut Carte Jaune Clicquot, Rosé, La Grande Dame) and spirits from the luxury drinks house Moët Hennessy.
- Veuve Clicquot events will also be regularly organised aboard the ships allowing passengers to discover and sample the creations of this prestigious company.
Ponant’s 2016 voyages, including itineraries, pricing and shore excursion highlights are contained in the brochure that is currently available directly through Ponant.
