InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort has announced the launch of its new Sun Peninsula Residences, designed to achieve a balance of privacy, intimacy and exceptional service.
Designed by architect Bill Bensley, Villas Hibiscus and Villa Frangipani both accommodate up to six guests and feature a three-bedroom layout with two separate swimming pools, whilst Villa Ixora comfortably hosts up to four guests and offers two bedroom suites. Dining pavilions, living areas and bedrooms in all three villas boast ocean views.
Each Sun Peninsula Residence is self-contained, with the services of an on call chef available to create tailored menus for each guest, while Private Residence Butlers and chauffeurs ensure that any remaining needs are attended to.
“With luxury become more and more difficult to define and the market clearly trending towards both exclusivity and privacy, we saw that our guests required accommodation options that offered the full range of luxury resort benefits, only with added seclusion,” said Iain McCormack, General Manager of InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. “We have responded and have already received a huge spike of interest in the new Residences, seeing them as private sanctuaries for groups that are looking for bespoke special occasion experiences.”
The three Sun Peninsula Residences can be booked out individually or together, catering to a maximum of 16 guests in a group travelling together.
Guests of the Sun Peninsula Residences are also given automatic access to the full range of Club Intercontinental benefits.
