Tour operator Peru Passion Tours was one of the outstanding exhibitors at ILTM Asia 2015 and in June launched a cooking class programme in Lima designed exclusively for small groups. The classes take place at Urban Kitchen, a modern facility that allows for personalised, interactive encounters with the chef in line with the bespoke tours provided by Peru Passion.
