Six Senses Yao Noi, Thailand, will soon welcome back Michelin-starred Celebrity Chef Anthony Demetre, who will present three exclusive signature dinners on October 20, 22 and 26, based mainly around coeliac-friendly (gluten-free) cuisine.
The British chef’s fare will follow the resort’s concept of offering fresh, local and chemical-free food straight from the resort’s organic gardens.
Chef-patron of London’s Arbutus, Wild Honey and Les Deux Salons, Anthony Demetre is one of the most talented and highly-regarded chefs working in Britain right now. After receiving his first Michelin Star in 2000, he opened Arbutus, which won many prestigious awards and universal praise for its excellent cuisine and its casual, non-tablecloth approach to fine dining.

October 20, 2015 – Hilltop Communal Dinner, 7:30 pm
At the Hilltop Reserve, with its infinity pool and views over Phang Nga Bay’s limestone outcrops and islets, Chef Anthony will host a three-course poolside dinner, while guests experience an open selection of wines. Chef Anthony will join the table and share anecdotes from his career.Three-course menu including wine is priced at THB 3,000 per guest.
October 22, 2015 – Dining Room Degustation Dinner, 7:30 pm
Guests can have a glass of champagne with Chef Anthony at Six Senses Yao Noi’s Cooking School above the Dining Room and then enjoy a special four-course coeliac-friendly degustation dinner created by the Six Senses kitchen brigade under his direction. Four-course degustation menu including a Champagne welcome drink is priced at THB 2,000 per guest.
October 26, 2015 – The Chef’s Table, 7:30 pm
Chef Anthony will cook with the guests at the open-air chef’s table, which is limited to 12 guests. Each couple will have their own cooking station and Chef Anthony will guide budding diners through the healthy procedures he uses in his London restaurant. Limited to 12 guests, this dinner requires early advance booking and a five-course menu priced at THB 2,000 per guest.
