Six Senses Yao Noi is welcoming back Michelin-starred Celebrity Chef Anthony Demetre to present 3 exclusive signature dinners on 20, 22 and 26 October based around coeliac-friendly cuisine.

The British chef’s mouth-watering fare will follow the resort’s concept of offering fresh, local and chemical-free food straight from the resort’s organic gardens. This is the perfect complement to the sustainable and organic approach and Chef Anthony’s food concept which highlights the benefits of gluten-free eating. In addition to the incredible dinner celebrations, there will be opportunities for guests who may be concerned about their long-term health to chat with Chef Anthony about gluten-free food.

Chef-patron of London’s Arbutus, Wild Honey and Les Deux Salons, Anthony Demetre is one of the most talented and highly regarded chefs working in Britain now. After receiving his first Michelin star in 2000 he opened Arbutus, which won many prestigious awards and universal praise for its excellent cuisine and its casual, non-tablecloth approach to fine dining.

Giles Coren, British food critic and television presenter, said, “Anthony weaves his slow-cook magic and straddles better than anyone else the boundary between new techniques and old recipes.”

British journalist Jay Rayner wrote, “There are lots of things to get excited about at Arbutus. Great ingredients put together with intelligence and taste; a kitchen which knows how to make the best use of the best ingredients.”

Manish Puri, general manager of Six Senses Yao Noi said, “We are thrilled to welcome Chef Anthony back to Six Senses and look forward to presenting these 3 exciting gourmet events. His simple approach to food and passion for quality ingredients will guarantee a series of dinners that should not be missed.”
