From September 12th until September 23rd, W Taipei embarks on the culinary journey at the kitchen table restaurant with the latest “SPICE ME” Thai cuisine promotion with Guest Chefs Thanawat Napranboon & Somphat Jumpan from Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel Bangkok.

“Through food we explore,” shared W Taipei General Manager Cary M. Gray “We are happy to partner with Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection hotel here in Taipei to present the SPICE ME in the kitchen table restaurant where the culinary concepts and hospitality meet modern comfort and innovation.”

“E- sarn cuisine from northeast region of Thailand is the highlight for this culinary journey. We keep the traditional cooking ritual for all tastes from sour, sweet, savory to spicy food  in an interesting presentation. It is a perfect choice for people who concern about calories.” shared with Chef Thanawat Napranboon .

Among the dishes, 3 must-try signature ones for W Taipei’s foodies are Koy Tuna, spicy tuna tartar with shallot, roasted rice powder, parsley saw tooth, Mok Pla Salmon, baked marinated salmon, chili pasted, dill, sweet basil and Laab Ped,  Minced duck salad, chili powder, mint, shallot, lime juice.

The “SPICE ME” promotion at the kitchen table restaurant is served during lunch and dinner from September 12th until September 23rd and prices start from TWD1,080 per person. Rates are subject to 10% service.
