Crown Perth was the recipient of three Gold Plate Awards presented at the Catering Institute of Australia’s Gala Awards Dinner held in Perth on 26 October, 2015.
Crown Perth was was acknowledged with wins in the following categories:
- Buffet Dining: Atrium
- Mediterranean Casual Dining: Modo Mio
- Licensed Chinese: Silks
It was also a finalist in four other categories including Restaurant within a Tavern (The Merrywell) and Wine List of the Year (Silks and Modo Mio).
Chief Operating Officer Andrew Hill said it is a tremendous honour to be recognised at these prestigious Awards and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the teams at Atrium, Modo Mio and Silks.

The Catering Institute’s annual Gold Plate Awards acknowledge the excellent quality and service provided by restaurants throughout Western Australia. These Awards represent one of the only independent reviews of restaurants in Australia where the judges travel anonymously to grade each of the entrants.
