For the eighth consecutive year, Cantonese restaurant Ming Court has been awarded two Michelin-stars in the 2016 edition of The Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau.
Serving Cantonese cuisine as the signature restaurant of five-star upscale hotel, Cordis, Hong Kong, the restaurant led by Executive Chef Mango Tsang Chiu Lit was measured by “the quality and compatibility of ingredients, technical skill and flair, and taste.”
