Aspen has long been known for its glitz, glamour, jetsetter lifestyle and celebrity clientele, especially over the holiday season. This New Year’s Eve, guests and locals alike are invited to participate in the most glamorous event of the year at the St. Regis Aspen Resort with the inaugural Midnight Masquerade Ball from 9pm-1am.

Presented by Bovet 1822, the night will feature a culinary experience from Chef’s Club by Food & Wine Magazine, an auction and a special live performance by Arcade Fire’s Win Butler and Regine Chassagne. Hosts for the evening include Academy Award-winner Susan Sarandon; Academy Award-winning screenwriter, producer and director Paul Haggis; and Star Polo Player and model, Nacho Figueras, with proceeds supporting Artists for Peace and Justice.

Guests looking to wear this season’s latest trends to the Midnight Masquerade should visit The Armarium Chalet, which debuted in late November at the St. Regis New York, and moves into the Remède Spa in the St. Regis Aspen on 28 December. The Armarium Chalet is an luxury pop-up retail styling concept where guests have access to high-fashion pieces on a borrowed basis, with brands such as Ferragamo, Nina Ricci, Sonia Rykiel, Mugler, Edie Parker, Jimmy Choo, Marchesa and many more, as well as access to the fashion industry’s top stylists.

The St. Regis New York and St. Regis Aspen pop-ups come in advance of the members-only mobile app, set to launch next year. The Armarium Chalet lasts through 2 January 2016 and is open from 11am-6pm and will donate 15% of sales to Artists for Peace and Justice.
