Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts announced today the global launch of its Instant Dining Awards programme. Members of the group’s Golden Circle loyalty programme can now dine out on GC Award Points at all managed restaurants and outlets in the 95 Shangri-La, Kerry, Hotel Jen and Traders hotels and resorts.
The ‘Instant Dining Rewards’ programme is one of five new benefits being introduced during the six-month celebration of Golden Circle’s fifth anniversary. Other components of the #LoyaltyIs fifth anniversary campaign include new partnerships and exclusive offers, a #LoyaltyIs contest awarding five million Golden Circle Points, and a series of 10 videos featuring stories by cultural influencers, guests and employees.
The Instant Dining Awards programme is seamless and allows for spontaneity by eliminating the need for members to redeem award points in advance to secure food and beverage vouchers. Instead, Golden Circle members can immediately redeem points at 500 of the group’s participating restaurants, bars, lounges and outlets to make partial or full payment of their bill, including taxes and services charges, and for social events such as weddings and birthdays.
