Sumaya’s fitness bootcamp at Ananda

This programme is ideal for individuals who are already into intense fitness regimes. It combines increased physical activity, and a controlled dietary regime that can be practised even after the participant has completed their programme. Carefully designed according to each individual’s physical limitations, the program is designed to promote a fitter and more active you.

Every participant has to do two to four hours of training a day and activities will be scheduled on a daily basis between outdoor treks, aqua fitness, group and personal training, martial arts classes and yoga.

The program includes one therapeutic muscle release treatment a day,  Ananda signature therapies of Earthstone massage or the Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage, and all daily meals and pre and post workout snacks, specially crafted for a high intensity physical program

Duration: 28 April – 2 May
Minimum stay required: three nights, fourth night optional
