The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has announced that it will celebrate World Sleep Day by organizing special Sleep Well activities created for its guests, media and travel partners as well as associates. The celebration comes in line with Westin Hotels & Resorts’ partnership with World Sleep Society in Asia Pacific, reinforces the brand’s renowned position for offering a quality night’s sleep on the road, at home, and in the air. Close to 50 Westin hotels and resorts across Asia Pacific, including The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali take part in a series of activities and events on World Sleep Day today, 18 March 2016 to reinforce the brand’s Sleep Well pillar.

World Sleep Society’s fundamental mission is to advance sleep health worldwide by promoting and encouraging education, research, and patient care throughout the world. World Sleep Day is an annual event created by the World Sleep Society to raise awareness of sleep disorders and the burden that they place on society. In partnership with World Sleep Society, Westin hotels and resorts across Asia Pacific will be out in full force to deliver specially customized ‘Sleep Kits’ to various professions. These sleep kits would contain items ranging from a travel-sized Heavenly Pillow, chamomile tea, Westin’s signature white tea bath amenities alongside a Sleep Well guidebook containing tips from Westin’s well-being brand advocates.
Additionally, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali celebrates this day with few inspiring activities such as holding a Sleep Well Afternoon Tea at the resort’s beachfront temple garden presenting the highlighted Sleep Well menu including the JING tea. There are special visits made to the media and travel partners by the resort’s team to share the excitement of this celebration including a morning live radio interview. At the resort’s Associate Dining Room, there is a special presentation regarding this event including Sleep Well menu highlights.
