By Prior Arrangement has announced that international foodie star Valli Little will travel to three wonderful destinations in 2017. Each tour will accommodate a maximum of 10 people and each adventure will have hands-on cooking classes with Valli and local chefs and cooks.
The first tour is in Morocco with three days on the Atlantic Coast in a tiny village just south of Oualidia. Staying in a house on the beach, guests will visit oyster farms and gather local seafood as it comes in off the boats. Guests will also visit Marrkaech for four days of exotic wonder staying at Dar Les Cigognes.
The second tour is based in a Cotswold country house near Burford. Guests will meet some of Valli’s dear friends who will join in on the culinary journey with cooking classes at Thyme in Southrop, a visit to Daylesford Organic Farm and a very special day with Rob Broadbent.
The third tour is in France, in the small village of Frayssinet-le-Gélat, staying in a charming country house with a pool and extensive gardens. Guests will enjoy a picnic at a lavender farm, visiting local vineyards and learning the many secrets of French pastry.
