Join hosts Jo Brischetto (champion trail runner) and Jill Day (internationally trained yoga instructor) for a wellness weekend retreat at the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains and enjoy a range of meditation activities, relaxing yoga sessions and mindful hikes. Trail Running Weekends
Champion trail runners Brendan Davies and Jo Brischetto will host a series of trail running weekends in the lead up to the Ultra Trail Australia event in May 2017 (formerly known as The North Face 100). With the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains ideally located on the course for this event, the trail running weekends provide a perfect opportunity for endurance runners to prepare for race day amongst the picturesque World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park.
Intended for those with a high level of fitness, the trail running weekends are designed for those seeking to optimise their performance, refine their racing skills, and to learn nutritional tips from the experts. Upcoming dates include:

Developing race specific training: 24 – 26 February 2017
Preparing to race: 31 March – 2 April 2017
