LATTE attended an intimate media lunch for Hyatt luxury hotels at the Park Hyatt Sydney on Wednesday 7 September 2016.
LATTE and other guests had the opportunity to meet with representatives and hear news about luxury Hyatt properties in Asia Pacific, North America and the UAE.
Guests enjoyed a menu prepared by Executive Chef Etienne Karner, previously of Park Hyatt Dubai, overlooking Sydney Harbour.
LATTE chatted with Karen Nakai, of Park Hyatt, New York about the exciting project of opening the hotel in 2014 and Ross Cooper, General Manager of Andaz Tokyo, Hyatt’s lifestyle brand which promises guests will arrive a visitor and depart a local, was also in attendance.
Representatives from Park Hyatt Saigon, Dubai, Tokyo, Melbourne and Sydney were in attendance, as well as the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and Melbourne.
The yet to open Hyatt Regency Sydney, which will be Australia’s largest hotel with 892 rooms and suites over looking Darling Harbour is set to open 1 December 2016.
The event concluded over a deliciously concocted desert prepared by Executive Chef Etienne Karner and his team.
