The leading Japanese hotel management company, Hoshino Resorts, is opening its first HOSHINOYA brand hotel abroad in Bali, the Republic of Indonesia.

HOSHINOYA Bali is enveloped by the green hills of Ubud – known as a centre for Balinese traditional crafts and dance – and surrounded by a lush natural environment.

The villas provide a private, luxury residence for its guests. With three different types of luxury villas, all connecting with the semiprivate pool area, allowing guests to descend from the terrace of their villa, HOSHINOYA Bali offers an exclusive and comfortable alternative to hotel stays.

The surrounding rainforest and terraced rice paddies, as well as the extended mountain range, are among one of Bali’s most famous landscapes. The beautiful landscape provides the ultimate fresh-air escape, but also a taste of local culture, as the region is dotted with Bali Hindu temples and shrines.

HOSHINOYA Bali overlooks the Pakerisan River, with sacred water canals running through the property, part of the island’s age-old water temple network. The Subak irrigation system, which was the first to be nominated in Bali as a UNESCO World Heritage site, has supported Ubud’s water network system for over 1000 years.
