Sydney Harbour Marriott’s Transformation Set to Revitalise the Quay



LATTE Luxury News and other guests at the Sydney Harbour Marriott event, kicked-off the evening sipping cocktails by The Aussie Tipple Company and champagne by G.H.Mumm in Three Bottle Man before making their way in to Silvester’s. The evening came to a head with a live performance by The Diamonds featuring Casey Burges, who dazzled guests with their vocal stylings of much-loved hits.

Marriott Hotels, Marriott international’s flagship brand celebrates the AUD$15-million-dollar re-launch of Sydney Harbour Marriott. The re-launch includes three new drinking and dining destinations and a thoughtfully designed lobby and reception area that let’s guests Travel Brilliantly.

Sydney Harbour Marriott delivers premium lifestyle experiences to a prime area undergoing continual revitalisation. Dynamic dining venues opening their doors will be Silvester’s, a restaurant that features locally-sourced produce-driven cuisine; Three Bottle Man, an inventive café-by-day and cocktail bar-by-night meeting place and a newly expanded Sydney favourite, Customs House Bar.
