Crystal AirCruises has revealed new all-inclusive itineraries for the New Year and Chinese New Year. Voyages will encompass a jaunt to Australia and Hawaii from 30 December 2017 to 4 January 2018 and Africa from 17 – 23 February 2018.
“We are excited to announce our next itineraries for Crystal Skye, especially as a vehicle to create unsurpassed experiences for our guests to celebrate such special occasions as New Year’s and Chinese New Year,” said Mr Kent Zhu, President of Genting Cruise Lines, the parent company of Crystal AirCruises.
“With the overwhelming success of our sold-out inaugural AirCruise to Tahiti and Fiji earlier this month, we are encouraged by the response of our guests to the AirCruises concept as a new and ultra-luxurious mode of travel for a select, discerning echelon of jet-setters.”
Double New Year’s Celebrations – 2018 New Year’s Eve AirCruise
Turn back the clock and celebrate New Year’s Eve twice on both sides of the International Date Line in Sydney, Australia and Hawaii, United States from 30 December 2017 to 4 January 2018 at US$29,999 per person round-trip from Singapore.
Guests will be among the first in the world to usher in the New Year at the Sydney Harbour Bridge Fireworks from the comfort of their own private boat. Stroll through The Rocks, a district filled with hidden alleyways, cafes and boutiques, or indulge in a seafood feast in one of the city’s many restaurants. Explore the sights and scenes of the city including SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, the Australian National Maritime Museum, Powerhouse Museum, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Celebrate New Year’s Eve again by crossing the International Date Line to Hawaii to count-down 2018 on the beaches of Honolulu. Hike up to the National Natural Landmark of Diamond Head to take in vistas of Oahu, visit the ‘Iolani Palace, the only chance to tour a royal residence on American soil, or take in the history at the World War II site of Pearl Harbor and the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial.
Wonders of Africa Safari Adventure – Chinese New Year AirCruise
Embark on a journey of discovery to Kenya from 17 – 23 February 2018 at US$28,000 per person round-trip from Hong Kong.
Encounter exotic wildlife on safaris through the Maasai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya including cheetahs, elephants, zebras, lions, hippopotamus and more, and witness ancient African rituals including the jumping dance of the Maasai tribe warriors. Accommodations at the Governor’s Camp mean more ‘glamping’ than camping with spacious tents and feasting in the wilds during open-air dinners.
“Our New Year’s AirCruise itineraries showcase the creative destination programming that Crystal Skye can offer our guests, combining the convenience of air travel and the exhilarating adventure of land tours,” said Mr Thatcher Brown, President of Dream Cruises and Crystal AirCruises. “In addition to our all-inclusive, global voyages, we also offer guests the option of chartering the aircraft to create personalised, bespoke itineraries that feature uncompromising commitment to discovery and enrichment that can only be realised through unique travel experiences.”
The Crystal Skye Experience
The only twin-aisle aircraft private plane, Crystal Skye is larger and newer than any global private jet tour travel option. She has the highest crew-to-passenger ratio of any twin-aisle aircraft and offers curated experiences tailored to each traveller’s preference. The Crystal Exclusive Class seats 88 guests (in a plane originally conceived for over 300 passengers) and is designed for maximum personal space and ergonomic comfort, and the seats convert to 180-degree lie-flat beds.
Guests will also enjoy exceptional comforts and conveniences including spacious lavatories with amenities, on-board Bose Noise Cancelling headphones, complimentary global Wi-Fi, interactive TVs with on-demand programming and music library, individual USB ports and power outlets, and a live cockpit-to-ground listening channel.
Guests can create custom journeys from a selection of diverse points around the globe, ranging from the cosmopolitan (London and New York City), to the exotic (Igauzu Falls, Argentina and Tashkent, Uzbekistan), to the scenic (Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aries). A key feature of the aircraft will be its ability to fly nonstop for 19 hours, longer than any commercial air flight.
