The buffet restaurant has added a selection of seasonal dishes to its extensive Asian cuisine. In addition to seafood, sushi, sashimi and Cantonese barbecue, diners will find roast lamb with herbs on the live cooking station, crayfish with rice wine, a selection of Malaysian specialities, a range of desserts and fresh fruit and much more.

Brasserie at The Parisian Macao
Brasserie is offering Easter set menus for lunch and dinner, as well as an Easter afternoon tea set. Highlight items on the lunch menu include Australian lamb chops, French chicken cordon bleu, US prime sirloin and pan-fried seabass, while the dinner menu adds Boston lobster. An Easter afternoon tea set offers duck foie gras and mushroom profiterole, asparagus quiche, smoked salmon tartare and croque monsieur and a range of sweet delights.

Le Buffet at The Parisian Macao
Le Buffet’s Easter offerings feature a range of international dishes, including charcuterie, salads and appetisers, sashimi and sushi, a seafood bar, grilled salmon steak soufflé with ginger lobster sauce, live stations for pasta and noodles, and carving stations for Australian prime rib, roast herbed leg of lamb and tangerine-glazed Easter ham. Dinner adds whole barbecue duck with orange sauce, grilled lamb chops and Boston lobster thermidor. The dessert buffet includes hot cross buns, churros, Easter “floss” cotton candy and Eiffel Tower Treats.

One of the best buffets in town, Grand Orbit has added several seasonal dishes to its spread. Available from 30 March to 2 April, lunch diners can expect a pizza and pasta station, Korean-style kimchi seafood pot, baked seabass fillets and a range of Chinese favourites and authentic Indian curries. Dinner adds seafood on ice, pan-fried lobster station and carving stations showcasing roasted prime beef rib and herb-crusted pork rib.

Conrad Macao’s The Lounge is offering a classic Easter afternoon tea set that includes salmon caviar tartlet, tomato confit, tuna salad sandwich and Vietnamese vegetarian rice paper spring rolls. Lunch offers fresh seafood, sashimi, steamed garoupa, braised Welsh lamb spareribs, Portuguese roasted leg of lamb and Korean-style bulgogi rib eye of beef and chicken pan-fried to order. Dinner adds freshly shucked oysters, crab legs, crawfish lobster, pan-fried foie gras to order, Sichuan-style prawns, roasted US ribeye and baked lobster.
