Registrations are now open for the 2018 Travel Industry Exhibition in August.
Event director David Paterson said, “This free event has been designed for mobile and luxury agents and key MICE buyers, looking to discover exciting new suppliers and destinations, reconnect with existing suppliers, uncover the latest traveller trends and gain invaluable market insight from industry-leading speakers.
“Already, several high quality exhibitors have signed up; among them are Conferences & Incentives New Zealand [CINZ], Ayana Resort & Spa Bali, Spicers Retreats, Dubrovnik and Zagreb Tourism Offices and Travel Counsellors.”
The new format – redesigned following detailed industry research – has some exciting additions, making the industry-tailored event a must-attend business opportunity.
“One of the new features is the Experience Hub, this is a live interactive forum for products and destinations to showcase their unique offering – from live cooking demonstrations, to historical teachings or musical representation or by using virtual reality. The Experience Hub is a creative way exhibitors can ‘transport’ visitors for a truly memorable experience.
“We’ve also added a VIP Buyer Program. This new program offers a range of benefits to qualified buyers, including guaranteed attendance to the high-demand seminars and networking events.

The event now targets three key areas: the mobile travel agent, MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions) and luxury travel, as a reflection of the strong, recent growth each of these sectors has shown.
