A serene oasis in the heart of Bangkok’s bustling Chinatown, the award-winning Spa Burasari is just one of the many delights of a stay at the gorgeous, atmospheric Shanghai Mansion.

Spa services are available on each level of the hotel, so it’s a simple few steps from your room to the sanctuary of the spa, where signature treatments like the Singing Bowls ritual await.

Spa Burasari takes a holistic approach to Eastern and Western spa practices of purification and detoxification.

Shanghai Mansion is housed in an 1890s trading house which later became a Chinese opera house, textile trading centre and department store. In 2005, it was bought by the Burasari Group and became one of Bangkok’s most artistic boutique hotels, with 76 rooms. Its 1930s theme and art deco-inspired décor is enhanced by an open-air jazz bar and proximity to the teeming street life and markets of Chinatown.

Burasari Group is currently planning a new luxury property on Phuket’s Coconut Island, featuring 266 rooms including 46 villas. It is expected to open in early 2019.
