Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed details of its 2021 World Cruise aboard Seven Seas Mariner, which will visit six continents, 30 countries and 61 ports across South America, French Polynesia, Australia, Asia and the Mediterranean, including 11 overnight stays.

Departing from Miami on 5 January 2021, the journey includes cities such as Singapore, Dubai and Rome, before concluding in Barcelona 117 days later.

“We thoughtfully design world cruise itineraries to bring guests to sites they desire to explore, ranging from iconic destinations to the hidden gems that can only be accommodated on a cruise of this length,” said Jason Montague, Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ President and Chief Executive Officer.

“Guests embark on world cruises to discover many destinations in one voyage with immersive experiences, visit museums, see historical sites, appreciate local arts and culture, and enjoy exclusive shoreside activities offering a unique way to understand our world. On this 2021 voyage, guests can visit 56 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in ports like Colombo, Sri Lanka, Jerusalem, Israel and Limassol, Cyprus, and each night return to their spacious and luxurious suite and enjoy personalised service on board.”

Guests sailing this 62,042-kilometre journey will enjoy overnight stays in Lima, Peru; Hanga Roa, Easter Island; Auckland, New Zealand; Brisbane, Australia; Bali, Indonesia; Singapore; Mumbai, India; Dubai, UAE; Luxor (Safaga), Egypt; Jerusalem (Haifa), Israel; and Istanbul, Turkey. 

Also included is up to 324 free shore excursions.

Highlights of the 56 UNESCO World Heritage Sites guests can visit include:  

  • Great Barrier Reef off the shore of Cairns, Australia
  • Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus in Mumbai, India
  • Old City of Acre outside of Jerusalem (Haifa), Israel
  • Medieval City of Rhodes in Rhodes, Greece
  • Palau de la Música Catalana and Hospital de Sant Pau in Barcelona, Spain
  • Archaeological Site of Troy in Bozcaada, Turkey
  • Bahla Fort (Muscat), Oman
