Known for its award-winning, sustainably-sourced cuisine, Nanuku Auberge Resort in Fiji’s Pacific Harbour has unveiled an unforgettable new dining experience under the leadership of Executive Chef Oliver Scarf and Food & Beverage Director, Logan Miller.
Introducing TREETOP DINING
Nestled in a 70-year-old Dilo Tree, a suspended platform provides private over-ocean dining allowing guests to enjoy the soothing sound of waves lapping on the beach beneath them. One for the romantics or honeymooners, Treetop Dining is completely personalised to the guests’ individual tastes and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Enjoy a champagne breakfast, private lunch, afternoon Devonshire tea or a romantic dinner with a private chef.
TREETOP SPA
Lomana Spa luxury ‘treet’ments can also be arranged on the Nanuku treetop platform, guaranteeing guests complete relaxation as they enjoy the sea breeze and calming ocean acoustics below.
General Manager, Sascha Hemmann explains the Treetop concept: “We strive to continually push the boundaries to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests, allowing them to unwind and immerse themselves in nature. Storytelling is at the very ethos of Auberge Resorts Worldwide and we strive to provide experiences our guests will treasure and talk about for many years to come .”
