Nobu Hospitality is continuing its global expansion of hotels with Warsaw, Poland now added to the hospitality group’s pipeline.
On track for 20 hotels globally by 2020, Nobu hotels have become synonymous with passionate service, distinctive design and unpretentious luxury. Reflecting these core values within the local culture, Nobu Hotel Warsaw will be situated in the heart of the historic city. With 120 rooms, expansive meeting and event spaces, a fitness centre and signature Nobu Restaurant, it will be an integrated mix of luxurious hotel and energised living spaces.
Nobu Hotel’s first Polish property will open in the first half of next year and occupy a new building located at Wilcza Street – designed by the Polish architectural firm, Medusa Group – and will also encompass the existing Hotel Rialto.
“This takes our hotel portfolio to 17 hotels, underpinning our strategy to carve out our own niche while staying true to our brand and loyal Nobu customer,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hotels.
In a few months’ time, Nobu Hotels will welcome its newest addition: Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. The Japanese beach house exudes Los Cabos’ laid-back style and will feature 200 stylish, ocean-view guestrooms that seamlessly blend contemporary Japanese minimalism with locally sourced Mexican materials and natural finishes. Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is slated for an April opening.
Nobu Hotel Barcelona will also open in the Summer of 2019. The fourth European hotel and third Spanish property in the Nobu Hotels portfolio, Nobu Hotel Barcelona will house 244 rooms, including 43 suites, meeting rooms, event spaces and a Nobu restaurant on the 23rd floor, with panoramic views over the city.
Nobu Hotel Chicago will cap off a bumper 2019. Ideally situated in the vibrant area of Chicago’s west loop, Nobu Hotel Chicago will harness the essence of the energetic Midwestern town. Offering 119 guest rooms and suites, Nobu Hotel Chicago will play host to a 930-square-metre Nobu restaurant, opening out on to Randolph’s famed Restaurant Row.
Meanwhile, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay has joined Virtuoso’s exclusive portfolio of luxury travel partners. The move will open up new sales and marketing opportunities for Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay to the network’s 17,500 luxury travel advisors and their highly desirable clientele. Virtuoso agencies sell more than US$23.7 billion annually, making the network the most significant player in luxury travel.
