The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has expanded its Caribbean cruise options, adding five new sailings to round out 2020 and the ultra-luxury cruise company’s maiden calendar year. The fresh batch of itineraries aboard Azora are each seven nights in duration, aside from an eight-night sailing that coincides with Christmas.
“Newly announced voyages offer the chance to spend the holiday season in paradise, all while feeling completely at home amidst the relaxed comfort of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection,” the company said.
Options includes a roundtrip cruise from Bridgetown (28 November 2020), a one-way voyage from Bridgetown to Castries (5 December 2020), an itinerary to Philipsburg (12 December 2020), a sailing from Philipsburg to San Juan (19 December 2020) and a roundtrip New Years Cruise from San Juan (27 December 2020).
Itineraries explore the Windward Islands and offer cultural immersion from French to Martinique, with port calls at destinations including Les Trois-Îlets, Soufriere, Bequia, Carriacou, St Georges and Scarborough.
On the Bridgetown–Castries journey guests will take in the reefs, rainforests and volcanic land and seascapes of Mayreau, Bequia, Basse-Terre, Terre-de-Haut, Roseau and Fort-de-France.
The Christmas cruise from Philipsburg to San Juan is billed as a “yachtman’s dream”, exploring the historic harbours of Antigua, St. Kitts and St. Barths, with overnight stays on Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke (on 25 December 2020).
The slower-paced cruise roundtrip sailing from San Juan incorporating New Year’s Eve at La Romana (Casa del Campo) will also explore Samaná, Santo Domingo and Ponce.
Fares on Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collections’s seven-night Caribbean cruises range from US$4,600 per person twin share for The Terrace Suite, up to US$21,300 for The Owners Suite. The eight-night Christmas departure starts at US$6,900 per person twin share, and the seven-night New Year’s Eve cruise leads in at $6,100 per person twin share.
